DAMAGED / BAD CONDITION ITEMS
We are sorry that this happened to you. Always check your items immediately and report to us within 30 minutes upon receiving them. Photo of the damaged item must be taken and send to us as evidence.
Due to the nature of our products (Organic Produces), most perishable items such as Vegetables, Fruits and other groceries do not have preservatives, hence, they tend to spoil quicker compared to non-Organic Produces.

We and our delivery partners aim to deliver orders as quick as possible while ensuring the safety of delivery person. Depending on the quantity/weight of the ordered item, different vehicle will be used for safety reason (Example: motorcycle can only deliver items below 10kg). However, we live in a busy city with heavy traffic all day around, there are chances that your orders arrival will be delayed.
Your understanding and patience are very much appreciated. If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact your delivery person via call for immediate update.
EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
As of the scale of our business, we do not provide item exchange service to all customers. All items sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless they were damaged prior to delivery / damaged during delivery.
