All deliveries are available as long as they are within our delivery partners' service coverage. Delivery will only be done within the specified working hours in our website.
Orders made after 5 pm will be delivered on the next working day.
Preparation time of meals might be longer depending on the quantity of meal orders (online store & physical store) during that hour.
All payments must be made prior to delivering out orders to customers. Prove of payment should be provided if applicable.
Due to collaboration between us and our delivery partners, we are not able to provide COD (cash on delivery) service at this stage of our business scale.
RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE
Return, refund and exchange service is not available due to the nature of our products being short shelf life items. Please refer to Return Policy for more info.
Promotion codes / offers are not applicable once exceed their expiration dates. They are only usable within the specified time frame of each promotion activity / programme.
